A high‑quality lactic butter block with 82% milk fat, produced from cultured cream to deliver a rich, aromatic flavour profile characteristic of traditional lactic fermentation. Its excellent plasticity, stable structure and superior performance make it ideal for industrial baking, laminated doughs, confectionery, food processing and HoReCa applications.
The product is available in 10 kg and 25 kg industrial blocks, ensuring efficiency and consistency for large‑scale production environments.
