BLEND AND ORIGIN An elegant fusion of Syrah and Tempranillo. PRODUCTION AND AGING Manual harvest and selection, careful fermentation in small tanks with controlled temperature and punch-downs, followed by 25 months in French oak and 36 months in bottle. TASTING NOTE Fine red fruit, licorice, balsamic notes from low-lying scrub (thyme, lavender), and a broad, fleshy palate with mineral tension and persistence. SERVICE AND PAIRING Serve between 12–16 °C. Excellent with red meats, aged cheeses, and also with oily/rock fish.
